Office Space Dallas

An executive suite is often leased or purchased to showcase a company’s success. Many people in upper management believe that a luxurious executive suite for everyone to see somehow show’s the company’s prowess. Of course, there are often other reasons too. Some companies just need the extra room because they don’t have room to build at their present location.

As most people are aware, the real estate market has been hit really hard in the United States. While some areas of the country maintained their previous levels of value, most areas are terribly depressed. When the oil industry took a nose dive years ago, Texas was one of the hardest hit areas of the country. Entire buildings sat empty for years as many companies went bankrupt. Eventually, the market recovered to nearly the same level but it took nearly a decade for it to happen. Today’s real estate markets across the United States are in the same shape. The estimates range from 2014 to 2016 until the real estate market rebounds to its previous level.

One of the hardest hit areas of the country is the office space in Irvine.  Since the market nearly collapsed completely there, it will probably take more than a decade to see its previous levels. The market was way over built even before the crash which didn’t help them at all.

Another hard hit area was once again the office space in Dallas.  They are nearly in the same shape as they were during the oil crisis.
